Beautiful, natural shimmer

When I first received this highlighter, I was put off by the odd scent and the vaseline-like texture. I had actually planned to return it because of those things. But then I decided to give it a chance. I'm glad I didn't return it! When used with a stiff bristled brush, it leaves a really nice, dewy shimmer. I love that there is no glitter or shimmer.

I love this highlighter. I haven’t perfected using it just yet but I do love the feel of it and that my face stay moist and not cracked and crazy looking.

This highlighter is truly one of the best things I’ve bought at Tower28! It’s not glittery—instead, it gives a natural, dimensional glow, which makes it incredibly useful. I like to apply it to the center of my eyelids, the middle of my under-eye area, and slightly above my cheekbones.
