so precious and the quality is great!!

Reached out to customer service regarding the handle. It had a piece of plastic that was not tucked in. When i brought it up, they mentioned it was normal. I had mentioned that it is a safety hazard as my child can run her fingers through handle and possibly cut herself. No response.
