Book Cookie Cutter/Dishwasher Safe

I did not get to use the product due to seller not shipping in a timely manner. I ordered 9 days before my kids event but product did arrive until 2 days after the event. Sellers says they ship in 1-2 days but my order was not shipped until late in the fourth day. I told seller they caused me to miss my kid’s event and they said to just return to sender and they would refund my money. I will not purchase another item from this seller due to not shipping on time.
