Fun Party Dress

This was a relatively simple dress to make, and came out looking great! Perfect for the holidays paired with a winter coat. I opted for the ribbon with this dress, but I may go back and make the sash if I find trimmings that are a good match. I plan to make the bubble hem in a future dress.
