This is my second cardo unit for my partners helmet. System works great and is easy to install and operate. Sierra's purchase process and shipping was crazy fast. The only item I might improve is shipping notification. I did not receive any indication the purchase was on on its way, or provided a tracking number. I received the unit in just a couple of days, so notification was kinda moot at that point!
