Bamboo 2-Inch Reversible 19x19/13x13 Go Game Set Board with Double Convex Melamine Stones and Bamboo Bowls

I placed a $180 order and immediately noticed they somehow got my old address in a different state, which I did not enter when I placed the order. I immediately looked for a cancel order option, which they do not provide. Nor do they provide an edit order option. Nor do they provide a customer service phone number. Nor do the provide a customer service chat. My only option was to email their customer service, which I did within 5 minutes of placing my erroneous order. It took them 26 hours to respond. They told me they would not change the order, nor would they offer a refund. So apparently the new residents of my old address received a new go board and I am out $180. I will never do business with Yellow Mountain ever again. As a member of the American Go Association, I will be sure to warn the community about my experience with this incompetent company.

Go in Montana

This was a gift for my Brother. We enjoy playing games and playing with good quality boards and pieces. It is just so much more satisfying when the pieces have some weight to them and feel good in the hands. This set for GO did not disappoint. The board is heavy the stones are a great size. The bowls for the stones are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the product and playing. Great Job Yellow Mountain.

Bamboo Go Set

I really like this Go set. The board is well constructed and looks quite nice. I like the bag and the bowls for the stones. Also the fast play board on the reverse side is a plus.
