Incorrect Item received

I have bought multiple wigs from FC and recently received the incorrect wig. I ordered a full lace however received a stretch cap. I was ok with keeping the item and sent a email with a picture. I received no response. I sent a second email and still no response. This kind of service doesn’t make me feel valued as a customer. A simple apology/acknowledgment of the mistake would have been nice.
