Soft delectable scent!

I love that this is a soft, gentle scent. The fact that it is a clean fragrance is part of why I keep purchasing. I want support local and Canadian products especially.

Bad Experience

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves this fragrance. I bought it early but last week (about two weeks before Christmas and I live in the US) I started getting worried about it so I sent an email asking if it could possibly be tracked. My first email was not responded to so I waited a few days and then emailed again. Finally I got a blunt response that said it had shipped. I already knew it had shipped because I received an email four or five weeks before saying as much so I responded asking if it could possibly be tracked and was told no. Awhile later I got an email from them saying the perfume was returned to them for some odd reason so they shipped it back out. I asked if there was a tracking number for it this time and they said no again. I understand things happen but it was the delayed, blunt, emotionless responses that really bothered me about this experience. The person didn't apologize for any inconvenience and didn't seem concerned in the least that my daughter probably wouldn't have her Christmas gift in time. She really didn't seem to care at all. Maybe I'm spoiled with the majority of American customer service experiences I've had but I just think if you're grateful for your customers you will naturally care a little about them. This is my daughter's favorite perfume but I won't be the one buying it for her anymore after this experience with the company.
