Apparently if you buy any product on the Happiest Baby website there is a strict no returns policy after 30 days. We bought a big bundle in anticipation of using it with our newborn as she grew. She ended up hating the SNOO. Since she didn’t like it, we never opened the Big Bundle. I was denied a return for the bundle because it was a few days after 30 days from delivery. Considering it was never opened, let alone used, I thought at the very least I could pay shipping. They literally told me to find someone with a SNOO who would like it because they cannot accept returns. Buy everything you want from Happiest Baby on Amazon. I hate BezosC but their return policy is reasonable through Amazon.
