Very soft and such a sweet face. Eva is well made and quite adorable! However, i only gave 4 stars because she was packaged in just in a plastic bag. I ordered 4 dolls and they all came that way. Was expecting (from other reviews) to be packaged nicely. Since it is a gift, would be nice to have some sort of tag or packaging that explains a bit more of your company since the dolls are beautifully made by hand and it is a family-owned charitable organization. Believe it would help promote your sales better if the gift recipient knew a bit more about your company. The dolls themselves are 5 star quality.
