This liner is awesome it keeps my leg cool for hours plus it helps cushion the bottom of the stump while walking I noticed an immediate difference. I’m going to be purchasing a couple of more.

I have been a left transtibial amputee since 7/31/98. Like most amputees, I am constantly looking for new products to achieve greater comfort and performance from my prosthesis. My current equipment consists of: Suspension - VASS, vacuum-assisted suction socket Foot - Össur Pro-Flex XC Torsion HF261958 Sleeve - Ohio WillowWood LimbLogic Sleeve LLS-CKLG Liner - Uneo TT 6Y510=285x175(-9) Sheath - Alps Skin Reliever Gel Sheath Bryan at the Amputee Store recommended the Alps Skin Reliever Gel Sheath as an alternative to my previous sheath, the ComforGel Prosthetic Sheath, which is also a great product. I was looking for something longer that would extend beyond my knee. This product is exactly what I was looking for, as it is of a durable material that does not adhere to my skin yet provides sufficient friction to keep my urethane liner in place. I currently invert the end of my liner to allow it to create a suction seal to the rim of my socket. I then use the silicone cuff included with th LimbLogic sleeve to help maintain this seal, and the sleeve length allows it to extend a few inches beyond the top of the sheath.
