After having the mandatory wait as they are hand wired and travelled across the ocean, was very excited to receive and install. These pickups are replacing Alnico 5’s which were also an upgrade. Wonderful and full of character. They are a tad louder and fuller than the fives which come across more compressed. Seems to be a little more articulation and openness with these pickups.
