This product works amazingly well. Follow the directions and use a cuticle pusher. The excess cuticle detaches and wipes right off. No more trying to cut them off!

Love Londontown products. I have several i bought a few years back and they are still good. I’m enjoying taking care of my nails including using this cuticle remover.

Perhaps use daily for bad cuticles as a treatment.

I liked this product, but my cuticles were too big of a challenge for it. I had to reapply to my second hand twice because the cuticles are very dry and I had let them go for a few weeks and I’m a skin factory! My cuticles grow like crazy, so there was a lot to remove. However, it did soften them up eventually and they did scrape off the nail plate easier than without. I really liked the way my cuticles felt after this soaked in. Perhaps it might be better for tough cuticles to use daily? More as a treatment. Then maybe they’d be easier to remove and you wouldn’t need to reapply.
