General Card Review

I purchased symbolic adoptions for various people for Christmas gifts. They all came with beautiful cards, and personalized certificates. My only issue is that I used a heart emoji (❤️) in the text and it came out as double question marks (??) in the actual printing. I'm unsure why this would be an issue; if simple emojis are not permitted/available, then they shouldn't be able to use when typing out your personal message. I will be reaching out to have this issue fixed.

My sister was thrilled to get a pro-nature symbolic adoption, instead of just more stuff, and the card and picture of the bumblebee were lovely and shipped very swiftly. Highly satisfied with my gifting choice here!
