Swallow Ornament

I ordered five different birds. When they arrived, the swallow's tail feathers were detached. I immediately contacted customer service and two days later the new swallow has shipped. That is what I call great customer service! I love these birds - they are beautifully designed and remind me of my grandmother's Christmas tree. I cherish having a reminder of her during the Holidays.
