Came in handy mounting the interface boards. Not quite strong enough for the Alarm Panel Pro board.

Even with 4 magnets per Konnected Alarm Panel Pro, the mounted circuit board will slide down the structured wiring enclosure. When I add the cabling, it will undoubtedly side down faster. My solution is to place double-sided tape on the magnets to secure the alarm panels in place.

I purchased my house with a 2012 installed Vista 20p wired alarm system and never activated it. Choices were to pull it out and put in wireless sensors or find another wireless solution. I found the Konnected board, emailed with them and decided to proceed. It's not an easy setup as there is a paucity of single access information. That said, I have enough tech savvy to poke around and learn and my system is perfect! In short I used their Konnect app to program the board then SmartThings App to identify the the Devices and then program in Routines. It supported my detectors including 3 Doors, 6 Glass Breaks, 1 living area Smoke/heat, 1 Attic Heat Rise and 1 Siren. It would not support my wireless motion which I didn't need anyway. When I needed help, I emailed and received a response within 3 hours. Their board works on 2.4 ghz only and does required solid internet but it does also allow for an ethernet connection; I use wireless. All in all I am delighted with this purchase. Just know it involves good study and patience. I purchased the 12 port Pro which I highly recommend. It's only a bit extra but it is so worth it.
