The BrickHouse Whey

Easy. Tasty. Enjoyable.

This is a very easy protein shake. I use 16 oz of water in a shaker with 1 scoop of chocolate BrickHouse whey protein, 1 scoop of wild berry Fields of Greens, and 1 oz of ClearFiber powder (different manufacturer). Shake, and drink. Good flavor. Enjoyable texture. Easy to pack prepared in my shaker and take with me with a bottle of water to prepare when I need it. Honestly both the hubs and I have enjoyed making this routine. We both fill like it leaves us satisfied, but without the feeling of heaviness that comes from pre-made protein shakes.we have both agreed we’ll continue using this. As a side note, we’ve both dropped a few pounds with this routine upgrade, so bonus.

Absolutely Delicious with no powdery chalky taste!

This protein powder exceeds my expectations. It’s full-flavored, smooth, and mixes perfectly with no clumps. I also love the shake mix bottle which I highly recommend including in your order as it helps to shake well, giving it a clump-free outcome. I’m thrilled with this purchase and definitely plan to buy it again.
