Love this whey protein !

Delicious and great ingredients. I use this blended with yogurt post morning workouts to break my fasts (I do IF) and it satisfies what I need plus a great way to start the day strong with a good amount of protein.

Whey. And Greens

I mix a scoop of whey with a scoop of greens , add water, shake it, and have it before I leave the house. It’s for health reason plus something in stomach, but not heavy , then coffee, then light breakfast . Work my way up to the day.
