Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend

This is an awesome blend of essential oils. Helps clear the sinuses when you have cold, flu or hay fever. The lavender helps with sleep. I cannot live without it.

Breathe Easy is always in my essential oils toolkit for those winter coughs and colds. I often use it in the diffuser but also put it on my pillow or my collar/scarf when feeling congested and it help me to breathe easier. When severely congested I put a few drops into some boiling water and inhale the vapors with effective relief. Wouldn't be without it!
