We ordered a piece for our daughter who suddenly lost her pet hedgehog. The process of ordering this piece was easy. Collecting the ashes was easy. Mailing to the company for the piece to be created was ridiculous! It cost us $50 to send the ashes. Our ashes were a little more than a teaspoon. I get needing to mark the box but what a rip off the post office is! The box was almost as big as the entire hedgehog cage! In the end it was worth it as my daughter is very happy with her completed piece.
