Ordered the crotch strap replacement since I misplaced my original one - the shipment was very quick and it works as advertised. Would recommend the complete product overall for temporary use (we only use it when renting cards on holiday in the US). Best for bigger children (children at the lower end of the minimum requirements would probably still be a bit small for it to sit comfortably on their bodies)
