Came in poor condition and black thread in between the two layers of fabric in the back of dress which is fairly visible and would be unwearable and when we got in contact with customer service they basically said that it wasn’t there probably because it’s recycled material and I had to pay cost of return despite it being faulty and poor condition not the lovely white dress advertised and we live in uk so it’s probably going to be expensive to return not what you expect from a £180 dress
