Several years ago we had the pleasure of staying in Lisdoonvarna for a couple of weeks and visited the Burren Perfumery. Such a gem, we enjoyed the experience of visiting in person. Have ordered Winter Woods and received it as a gift several times since coming back to the U.S.A. Also, we were quite impressed with the quickness of the delivery; only took a few days from order to delivery in the State of Tennessee, USA. We ordered a book online the same day as ordering the perfume. The perfume arrived a couple of days before the book, which shipped from the neighboring state (Virginia) which is only about 500 miles away. Burren Perfumery has wonderful products from a beautiful country!

This is the second bottle of winter woods my wife has had. She loved it when we visited the perfumery last year and I treated her then. Roll on a year later and she had almost run out of it before her birthday. Perfect excuse to buy her another bottle of it online. I’m not sure who likes it the most, me or her. I love it on her and it has become ‘her scent’. It, kind of, smells a little bit like Parma violet sweets to me. Don’t take my word for that though because my wife says it doesn’t. She wore this perfume almost daily and a bottle lasted a year so I would say it’s great value too.
