Great customer service and great pants, I own many. But, 34 Heritage, you really need to work in sizing. I always order a 35. The paperwork is correct and the tagging on the pants is correct but when measured seldom are they 35. Which results in reordering, sending back, waiting for credit.

They are exactly what we needed for a 6’5” athlete with big thighs and a narrow waist. Easy to order and came quickly.
