Hardness of hat

It is a typical hard hat. I was directed to this brand by a coworker. Apparently, I didn't order the correct one for comfort. I find this headset uncomfortable, especially the back part of the headset. There is no pad on the back that is in direct contact with my head. I will be finding some foam tape to cover up the hard plastic to make it more comfortable. The webbing is nice and rests easily on the top of my head. The piece in the back makes it uncomfortable for me to wear for long periods though.

Yep, it’s a hardhat, seems all right so far

I like the vents. The front of the brim could be a bit wider and have a darkened underside for working outdoors. Still a nice hard hat.
