While I love the quality and style you guys have my last experience was not the best, I made so meny attempts to explain what I was after and thought we had gotten to the bottom of it but after placing the order I found numorous emails requesting me to choose between the basic mould or a custom design that was very different to anything I had wanted. I made a choice between the options provided but after numourous emails and two consultations I really felt you understood my idea, I don’t know how I ended up with those two options and I’m not sure If I’m happy with the end result. Thinking of booking an appointment to discuss if possible ?
