Product is excellent although as someone else said the shiny stone overturns a fair bit and you have to keep turning it back over. I don’t know how the model releases the magnets so easy in the online demonstration as they are quite strong and for me requires 2 hands. Would love to buy one for mum for Christmas but I found the brochure part not very helpful (if you hadn’t seen the tutorial) and because she isn’t online as such and we live in different states it might be hard to give instructions over the phone.
