Fast shipping and nicely packed -- all arrived safe and sound. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I had my teacher help me position to the support correctly, then marked the spots with tape and completed the installation. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I ordered an extra set of magnets to install into a second guitar, easily swapping the support from one to the other. As an unexpected bonus, the support fits nicely into the pocket of my hardshell case. My highest recommendation!

This is the best guitar accessory I've ever bought. It's held solidly in place and has allowed me to play better as the instrument is in a more comfortable position.
