Volt Heat Outfitter 5V Heated Shirt Jacket

Some issues.

I was under the impression that the product was made in the USA because I got it for my boyfriend who prefers American made products. It’s made in China. A snap from the jacket has already fallen off. The battery also doesn’t last as long as it says online and in the pamphlet. The fabric is really good and comfortable though and for the time it does heat, it is nice. It has to be on high though to feel the heat.

Great Jacket, and is warm even when turned off. Customer service is top notch, had a battery issue and the excellent customer service promptly re-solved the issue. Looking forward to buying more products.
