11x14 Art Prints

I’ve been ordering my art prints from this company for about three years, and overall I’ve had a really good experience. The print quality is beautiful, and I continue to use them because I’ve always been very happy with how my artwork turns out. There are just a couple of areas I’d love to see improved. Occasionally, prints have arrived with bent corners or small imperfections from shipping. I understand that shipping damage isn’t always within their control, but I do wish the packaging offered a little more protection. Communication can also sometimes be limited when an issue comes up or I have a question. On the rare occasion that I’ve had a problem, they have always taken care of it, which I really appreciate. I’d just love a little more communication along the way to know that the issue is being handled or what to expect. I’ve also learned to give myself some extra time when ordering for an event or deadline, just in case there are any shipping delays. Overall, though, the majority of my orders have been great, the prints are consistently beautiful, and after three years I really don’t have any desire to switch to another printer. I’m a very happy and loyal customer, and with a few small improvements to packaging and communication, the experience would be even better.

The prints were solid as always. However, i noticed this time around you did not throw in an extra print for display when I ordered in new designs. It's something you guys have done for me every time I ordered new designs in the past and I never even asked. I've always been truly appreciative of that. Hopefully, you guys go back to doing that as it's a nice thing to do, if it was even intentional in the first place. Other than that, everything was truly, truly solid. Thank you again guys.

I’ve used PrintKeg before and I am always very happy with the finished products. This time was no exception, my prints look great!
