Dragon's Blood Spell Kit for Love, Power & Purification

Upon receiving my dragon blood spell kit the very next day I started my spell only to find out I was sent a BAD Dragon blood candle with a BAD Wick that would no stay lit. I reached out to AOTR via phone and email regarding this matter and requesting another candle but I have yet to receive a response/ reply back to my request. It is hard for me to do my spell ritual if the wick will NOT stay lit. Not sure if the original owners sold the company I only say this because I do recall receiving much better candle products and customer service in the PAST
