Lifesaver!!!

I often don’t take the time to leave reviews, but feel I have to in this case. I am absolutely IN LOVE with this travel mug/coffee press! Everything about it is perfect. It keeps the beverages hot for a good long time and is the perfect size. The lid is nice and snug and easy to use and if you put it on properly, the mug is leak proof. I recently went on a trip and purchased it specifically for that reason. I was staying in a mobile home with people who don’t drink coffee the way I do and needed a way to easily make a cup at a time. It was perfect for the trip. I would’ve been lost without it I think. I used it all day and night. I used it to make coffee in the morning and during the day at times and also tea. It was simple to use and delicious and hot every time. I’m back home now and using it daily to travel back-and-forth to work, etc. I can’t recommend this product enough 🤩! I also want to say, once I was able to reach someone at Highwave, the customer service was fantastic!!! I wish I could remember her name, it may have been Amy? I ordered the mug soon before leaving and was afraid it might not arrive in time. She helped me expedite the shipping so that I was able to get it before leaving town. Super helpful and nice!

My review

I have only used it a few times so far, but seems to be working well. The price seems high for the product made in China. I wish it was made right here in the good 'ole US. I am anxious to see how long the rubber pieces will last. I don't see the press shown as an accessory that can be bought by itself. That could be a problem.

This is so easy to use and clean. Once I found to right measurement for coffee and how long to seep my coffee is great.
