Scout Collar - Hunter Green

Overall, I am happy with the Scout Collar. I purchased it for my Cattle dog mix, who is a real rough-and-tumble guy. His collars in the past have all broken at the buckles because he is always playing hard with our lab, or sticking his head through the fence. So I decided to try this collar from Wolf Republic! It seems to be lasting ok so far. The only complaint is that not all of the hardware on the collar is metal. The buckle and the D ring are, but not the adjuster piece or the slide. They are plastic. I hope they hold up! For reference, my dog weighs 50lbs and the large fit him perfectly. I also received the Tracer Pack, and it is 5 stars from me for that! Well made from canvas and leather. Very rugged.

Wolf republic is our favorite brand of dog gear and the ONLY leash we use for our girls. I’ve owned my convertible leash for almost two years and have used it daily on my walks and runs. Very easy to make adjustments for a long or short lead, over the shoulder or around the waist wear. I live near the gulf and though I’ve tried to keep it clean, inevitably it has spent many hours in the sand and salt water. After use, I rinse it in fresh water- the color has maintained and the durable clips are still in perfect condition! Worth the buy ten times over. We knew we’d choose the brand again for our new puppy and are so pleased with their matching leash and collar sets.
