I'm not using the item. Sgt Knots was nice enough to email me an RMA label, and I have sent it back. When I called, I asked to order the very thinnest twine you have that is also the twine that I ordered on my very last order. The guy had the notes, so I thought that he also saw what I ordered last. Yes, he said 1/8, but I didn't know what that meant. I thought he was ordering the twine I ordered last. I have asked that my entire purchase--including shipping be reimbursed. Then I need to order the very thin twine that should have been sent to me on this order. What should be a simple process is incredibly difficult.

Hard to find

The item I bought worked out great. It was just what I was looking for and it came quickly. Good price also. Highly recommended!

pull cord

the cord has served its purpose, which is to engage the manual chain drive on a overhead door when pulled. Door has a auto opener on it and if it quits working then you pull the cord to engage the manual over ride.
