Easy and fast. I had good response. Although I had initial trouble with Etsy shopping cart to get the right delivery address, I sent a message right away to ask to make the delivery location what I wanted, they responded quickly that the change was confirmed. That was reallly nice service. My niece loved the bracelet. She wants to be a space scientist, so the gift was grad gift.
