Love the resin, gummy not so much

I love that the resin came with free gummies for trial. Gummies are easier to take, but the taste is rough. Personally for me, I prefer resin over the gummies.

You get a bit of the sticky shilajit onto the tip of the spoon and rest the spoon on the rim of the glass. The warm water dissolves it perfectly!

Strong and effective

I've been using this resin daily for a few weeks. It has a strong taste but I expected that. You do need to mix it with hot water or tea.
