Jacques Herbin 1798 Cornaline d'Egypte - 50ml Bottled Ink

Beautiful!

I love the color and wetness, and it really shimmers and glows. Using it in a TWSBI 1.1 mm Stub. Quite a nice match with the new Saffron pen. I’m not usually an orange-gold fan, but this is truly a winner!

Current Favorite Ink

I filled my Lamy Safari - Terra with this ink to color match and feel it matches very well. The ink has been very well behaved and looks great with my medium nib. I'm currently using it to write notes and I really enjoy seeing the shimmer and shading come through. I appreciate how it's present but not distracting. I highly recommend this ink!

Holy glitter batman

I have several Herbin shimmers. This one tops them all for bling. I’m not big for orange, but this color is nice. But it’s hard to beat the sheer volume of shimmer.
