It works
This liposomal melatonin spray works so much better for me than any of the other melatonin pills thatI have tried. I take it right before getting into bed and I fall asleep shortly after. Or if I wake up at 1 am I take it then because getting back to sleep can be difficult for me.

Finally I sleep through the night!
Wrote about this product combined with Cortisol Management. They work great together. Sleeping through the night for the past week. Love it!
