Good following the issue up but still in progress

In terms of this order, it was involved international delivery trouble. When I received it, the box and every product in the box were absorving water, unfortunately. But the customer service kindly offered to provide replacement of all products. The replacement package arrived quickly, nice and clean. The package was changed to water proof material. Thank you very much for your kindness. I really appreciated it.
