As expected
Although a year later, medifyair honored a return and used that lesser item to pay for the correct item (that cost more) as an even trade. The rep that answers customer service is a real person. Farrah navigated through my complicated new name, email, and phone number to really understand my problem.

Medify air purifier
I received the replacement air filters and they're working great. My classroom has clean air circulating for my students and myself. It makes my day better knowing we're all breathing clean air.
