Had an issue

I ordered 2 different hangers online in white, one arrived walnut. I can understand that can happen but the person in charge of online orders was not responsive and I had to go above her to get the information I needed to in order to meet my deadline. That's the frustrating part and will likely keep me from ordering from Mainetti in the future. Kudos to her manager who jumped in and began the refund process.
