I have nothing but good things to say about the customer service. The best. I chose Clek for my first baby and will be using them again for our second. We haven’t used the infant thingy yet but by the looks and feel of it I am impressed.

Does the job

Props our newborn into position and does the job with no additional fuss. A critical addition to our car seat kit.

Love the concept hate the fabric

I’ve been an avid clek fan since 2018 because the fabrics clean up nicely and you can buy replacement parts. I’ve had thunder, mammoth, marshmallow, and now railroad. I hate the texture of the railroad fabric but it was easy to install. I’d just order thunder or marshmallow.
