Batch difference issue

We ended up with different ties due to a batch difference between this tie and the matching pocket square. The ties we ended up either are amazing! Quality material and arrived quickly. Ben in the customer service was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this company!
