Disappointed in lack of flavor

I love Dutch Edam cheese.
I discovered Dutch Edam cheese in summer, 1976 while on an overseas study program in England. It quickly became my cheese of choice. I never pass up an opportunity to buy it but find it very difficult to locate in area stores. Thanks Frankenmuth Cheese Haus for my “fix.” Thanks too for the unexpected extra “goodies” in the shipping box. I’ll be back for more!
