Coaches emphasized to no end the benefits of using this type of balls in development programs. Feb 2024. Tennis elbow problem. did not want to stop hitting. bought a case of the Wilson green dots (from Holabird. no shipping, no tax), continued hitting with them while nursing tennis elbow condition. all good. overcame tennis elbow problem, improved backhand technique ( thanks to the slower green dots). Purchased 2 tennis balls re-pressurizers (1 for the green dots at 9 pounds, the other for my Dunlop ATP basket at 11 pounds). Now we always have fresh of the can poppy tennis balls. THESE BALLS ARE A GREAT TOOL FOR IMPROVING TECHNIQUE.

These are the balls used for our USTA tournaments. It only makes sense to use in practice what we use in the matches. They last 2-3 weeks and have a great bounce. Not to high but higher than other green dot. They are in pressurized cans.
