From the time I purchased to delivery was quick. However, when I checked my mail my order was not in there. I've ordered from Crimson & Clover before and was satisfied with all my orders. This is the first time I've not received an order with them(not thier fault). I did purchase the shipping insurance and have filed a claim. Hoping to hear back soon cos this card goes with a birthday gift coming up in a few weeks.
