My first 3-in-1 stapler was misfiring. After visiting with customer support it was replaced free of charge. What a great company to do business with. I will definitely look for Surebond products in the future as the need arises!

I've used this staple gun for years and never had an issue with performance. However, the spring loaded rod for tension on the staples cannot be bought separately if it's lost, which is the problem I had. You have to buy a whole new staple gun. They gave me a discounted price which I appreciated but the rod should be available for sale separately from the gun itself. Overall a great gun which can take a beating and keep on going!
