Disappointing

this item looks nothing like the one in the picture , the colour is dull the stone looks broken from the edge as if it was in use for a long time , overall i was not happy with this item that's why i returned it, the only positive thing is the customer service, they are very friendly and quick to respond for emails for that i am giving 3 stars
