Great product, even better service
My experience was like making a friend in Texas. This is my second (multi-item) purchase from Kathy. I am wearing my hippie love bead necklace, taking me back to college in the 70's. I have bought a bunch of bracelets and necklaces for my gift trove. But a couple bracelets were too long (my bad in ordering.) Kathy said "send em back and I'll shorten them." The service is so prompt, friendly and effective; how many Kathy's are there on the other end of all this? Much love and keep up the amazing work, please!
