Customer service is nonexistent in the USA

My jacket arrived and I charged the battery and plugged it in. It killed the battery instantly. I tried a 7.2v battery for my heated jacket. It killed the battery instantly. So I called the three numbers given for the USA two are disconnected and one went straight to voice mail and three days later I have no response. I tried email and the same results. No response. Beware of this product if it works you are good but if it fails you will have a $275.00 brick like I now have.
