What a fun little kit!

Cute kit, instructions and contents are not clear

I am completely new to felting. The kit instructions seem to assume that I know how/why felting works (I didn't), how to hold/use the needle, and how to get started. There is a QR code that links to a video, but that was similarly lacking in detail (I ended up accessing several other longer/more detailed how-to videos, which helped). How to blend colors was especially hand-wavey. I don't understand why the package picture AND the instructional video have different colors than the kit. My fish will not look like either the picture or the video!
